150 NGO managers from 65 cities and towns of Russia took part in the training intensives in the first module of the “School of the chief Executive”. Intramural part of the first module of the “school of the chief Executive” began in February in the capital, and ended in March in the far East. The topic of effective work of the organization.

In seven Federal districts were formed eight groups of 14 to 23 people – the heads of non-profit organizations of various level, from Directors to line managers, which have passed competitive selection on the part-time program and began training. The workshops were held in seven cities: Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Simferopol, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok Novosibirk. While in Moscow in connection with the high competition in five people in place, the organizers decided to recruit two groups instead of one planned.

This is not a complete list of topics with which the participants of the project “School of the chief Executive” is not just met, and tried to apply as a model or tool in its organizational reality.

“It is important that we were able to give very practical tools that will help managers of NPOs to understand better the life of both the organization and the lives of the people inside it”, – commented on the results of the intensive training in Simferopol one of the coaches of the program Anna Flail.

Most of them are employees of large corporations or specialized companies, and about one – third the staff of NGO resource centres in the regions or independent coaches who plan to engage in training and development of employees of NGOs on a pro bono basis.
