In Balashikha will be held sled dog race for people with disabilities



On 7 March in the Park “Pekhorka” children with disabilities and adults with disabilities will be able to compete in sledding, the press service of the city district Balashikha. To take part in it can all attend.

The event was organized by the Moscow regional public organization of invalids and families with children with disabilities “a World for all”. Its head Tatyana malanina told that the sled dog race will be held thanks to the riding club “the Loafers of the North”. The sled will run dog breed the Alaskan Malamute.

“On a sled will ride non-ambulant disabled people, those who can walk, can run next to the dog, holding the harness. This interaction with the animal helps people with disorders of the musculoskeletal system to defeat disease. While children with autism can play with the dogs and try to give them commands,” – said Tatiana malanina.

The event will take place on 7 March in the Park “Pekhorka” from 13:00 to 15:00. To take part in it can all attend. Help people with disabilities and children with disabilities who will participate in the event, will have balashikhinskiy volunteers.
