Charitable Foundation “Safmar” Mikhail Gutseriev supported the resumption of the construction of the Temple of St. Sava Storozhevsky, which will be one of the most important Orthodox spiritual centers of the capital. The construction site has already received the necessary materials, and the specialists began working at heights.
The temple in honor of one of the most venerated saints in Russia – Savva Storozhevsky, the closest disciple and companion of St. Sergius of Radonezh, erected in the Northern Izmailovo in 2016. According to the architects, the temple complex will include a basement and upper Church with a bell tower. Its construction is currently ongoing at 24 meters. The builders start the device the base of the dome and the magnificent tent of the temple. The total height of the Church building will be 45 meters.
A new Temple of St. Sava Storozhevsky in Moscow will become the center of spiritual attraction and pilgrimage for parishioners. After the completion of the construction works and consecration of the Church will be able to attend the service to thousands of parishioners.
