Charity auction to benefit the Center for curative pedagogics “the Special childhood” has collected 3 550 000 rubles! Proceeds will go to children’s rehabilitation Center’s programs, including classes for children-orphans under the patronage of St. Sophia homes for children and adults with severe developmental disabilities.
16 November in the House Smirnova on Tverskoy Boulevard was the traditional autumn charity auction to benefit the Center for curative pedagogics. The evening was anchored by television and radio host, showman Anton Komolov – Trustee and friend of the Center for curative pedagogics.
“We are happy that so many people came to know our children and help them – greeted guests Anna Bitov, Director of the ILP. We have a lot of hopes and plans and we are grateful that you share with us those dreams help them to do that.”
In magnificent interiors of a historic mansion, renovated in the beginning of the last century by the Russian architect Fyodor Schechtel, gathered businessmen, influential managers, artists, journalists, artists – more than a hundred people to spend time with pleasure and benefit. Among the guests of the auction were the Ambassador of Switzerland in Russia Yves Rossie, CEO of the publishing house “Music” mark Zilberquit, academician Alexey Semenov, the founder of “Horoscopy” Jana Gref, restaurateur Nikolay Borisov, the owner of the gallery modern art Gallery Polina Askeri Askeri and many others.
Before the charity auction, the guests were shown a short film by Andrei Loshak and Alexei Platonov on unusual orphan boy whose fate a few years ago there were experts tslp, which was the beginning of a large number of miracles and eventually meeting my mom.
The most expensive lot of the evening (440 rubles) was the theatrical lot, represented by a ballerina of the Bolshoi theatre Aleksey Hail and photojournalist Dmitry Belyakov Dmitry auctioned two photographs, “Grace” and “Silhouettes”, taken in April 2017-in Saint-Petersburg for the British magazine the Sunday Times Magazine. Alesya was given a ticket to the show, a private tour of the Bolshoi theatre, the opportunity to attend the rehearsal and artistic buffet.

Also at the auction was sold: the lessons of playing guitar from Pavel Dodonov – titled film composer and former collaborator of the group “Delfin”; dinner in the restaurant Bronco in the company of Anna Bit and Anton Komolova; family pass to all the premieres of Disney in 2018; an invitation to the TV show “What? Where? When?”; photographs by Vadim Gippenreiter, paintings by Nikita Makarov “Quay of the Tournelle. Paris”; t-shirt Andrew Barteneva; a picture of the graduate tslp Andrey Demin; mirror in mosaic frame created in the ceramic workshop of Technological College No. 21, where I study young people with disabilities; watercolors by Pavel Pepperstein and two books of the publishing house “Music”. In one of the halls of the mansion housed the exhibition Natalia Whisper, she photographed children living in the St. Sophia community. And the evening ended with a speech VIA “Tatiana”.

Center for curative pedagogics was created in 1989 on the initiative of parents and specialists to help children with various special needs: autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes.
